The Rotting Zombie's News Anthology for Thursday 6th July

A second news post for this week, written last Saturday while still a bit hungover. First, with the arrival of season three of The Witcher last week, a little infographic from JustWatch about the various Witcher stuff on Netflix. Unsurprisingly, The Witcher live action series is by far the most popular, with it being eight times more so than the other two Witcher properties. In second place but far behind was the animated film The Witcher: Nightmare Of The Wolf, while animated series The Witcher: Blood Origin was 2.3% less popular than that one. To be honest, I had completely forgotten about both the animated show and series.

Satanic Meat Cleaver Massacre has come to TUBI fifteen years are first being created. Originally released in 2008, this amusingly titled horror hasn't been on any platform since. Now, it has been digitally restored by archivist Gregory Hatanaka, and recut with new never before scenes, as well as a restored stereo mix. The horror was written and directed by Geno McGahee, and is about a masked slasher armed with a meat cleaver who carves up quite a bodycount.

Finally for today, Scared Crazy is now available on Blu-ray from Bayview Entertainment. Cursed by his ex-girlfriend, a man finds himself haunted by a demonic presence one dark night. This was directed by Dwayne Hurt, and stars him alongside Madison Ames-Gilbert and Mitch Savage. The film can be purchased here.
